Rights to Return

1. Consumer Rights Act 2015:

• The Consumer Rights Act 2015 provides a legal framework for consumer rights when shopping online.

• Consumers have the right to return goods within 30 days if they are faulty or not as described. A full refund, including the cost of standard delivery will be actioned once the goods have been returned.

2. Cooling-Off Period:

• Buyers have a "cooling-off period" during which you can change your mind and return the goods for any reason.

• The cooling-off period is 14 days from the day the items are received.

3. Return Shipping Costs:

• We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

• If you're returning items because you changed your mind during the cooling-off period, you are responsible for all making return arrangements as well as all shipping costs. 

4. Return Process:

• Please contact us through our social media pages, contact page on the website or emailing LittleImagineersBookshop@gmail.com to request your returns or report any wrong or missing items. 

• Your request will be reviewed and responded to with 24 hours

5. Refund Options:

• If returning items with 14 days of receipt for any reason a full refund for the goods received will be processed however the shipping costs will not be refunded and the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. 

• If returning Faulty or "not as described" items within 30 days a full refund including shipping costs will be processed on receipt of the returned items. 

6. Condition of Returned Items:

• For goods returned as part of the "cooling off" period the goods should arrive in a salesable condition and in their original packaging. 

7. Exceptions:

• Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., chew toys, pacifier) ) unless they are faulty.

• Personalized or made-to-order items may not be returnable.
